When I went into the clinic I was checked in right away and was taken back almost immediately after. Everyone I interacted with was super nice and helpful. Little did I know they had no idea what they were doing. I went about some swollen lymph nodes and they suspected that I had mono again. They did not test me for mono but instead for strep which was negative. I was then prescribed a zpac (an antibiotic) for mono which is a virus. Not too long after I took the medicine I started breaking out into hives on my legs. I tried calling the clinic and asking what I should do but they didnt know who I should talk to. I waited on hold for about 45 minutes before they said they would call me back but never did. I ended up taking some benydryl and sleeping it off. The next morning I broke out in hives all over my body and had to spend most of the day in the ER. Antibiotics cannot be taken while having mono. If the doctors at this clinic arent educated about the effects of medicine with certain viruses then they should not be able to prescribe medication. I will not be returning to this clinic.

The nurses were so nice to me and my friends when we got COVID tested. They made us less nervous and feel cared for.
