They handle on my house in my car good agency friendly but you got to make sure you stay on top of them because if you got a lower rate they won't always check you got to check it because others insurance companies will definitely let you know because they want your business. But other than that they are friendly and they do try to their very best to find ways to save you money with the same coverage that you're wanting

Got Insurance through them and I drive for Grubhub. Agent couldn't help me. Erie claims rep. and Scott the agent at Hometown Insurance both kept telling me that I had submit something to Grubhub and send them a copy of my contract showing I don't have Insurance coverage through Grubhub. Wouldn't even take five minutes to look on line to see that Grubhub doesn't insure their drivers. No such thing as a signed contract with Grubhub because they don't do that. All there is are Terms and conditions which you can view online just by googling them. Simple scratch just wanted to get fixed. Got the runaround. Will be canceling soon. Mentioned this to Agent and he doesn't care. 3 years of being with them and first at-fault claim in many years. What a shame.
