        I have LOVED RockBox BG. I started in March of 2023, the community and folks that work at this location are by far the most kind and motivating crew you could ask for. The classes are fun, engaging and dont feel like a workout. The trainers are always pushing us to test our limits, and challenge ourselves. Ive gained so much confidence and strength, the fitness here works. They are also always ready and willing to explain exercises and techniques when doing both the boxing and functional training aspects. Aside from the workouts themselves being great/fruitful, the team always asks how you are, and genuinely care about the people in their classes. Which is hard to find in a gym (in my opinion). I cannot recommend RockBox BG enough!
