The employee who set my account up gave me no information on anything at all. I asked her if she could explain the app to me and she handed me a folder and told me to have a good day.
I was told a manager would call over a different issue but one never did. When I called back about it the manager spoke with attitude towards me and wasnt apologetic towards my situation regardless if it was a big deal or not. When I told her she was having an attitude her response was well you sound like you have one too which was very professional of her.
Im hoping another branch has employees who at least pretend to care about their customers.
