My therapist is caring and compassionate toward others. She listens & reachs out to help you reschedule an appointment. She is down to earth and tries to help you through your problems. She is eager to help or get you the help you need. Overall, I would recommend this group.

Susan is the BEST! I have had SEVERAL Counselors down through the years and Susan comes in as FIRST PLACE! I feel so FORTUNATE at being able to have her help me keep on the right track and not just JUMP in front of the TRAIN! Waving at the CABOOSE now.

Made an appointment last week. Was told to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment to complete intake paperwork. I got there 15 minutes early. First impression: Dirty litter box. No one was at the front desk. I could hear people talking to one another down the hall my entire wait. No one ever came to the front desk. I left at the time of my appointment andcalled them 20 minutes later to tell them I'm seeking service elsewhere and not to expect me. I am already on edge, and this has not helped. Waste of time and energy for me. This was my experience today.
