So happy to give a 5 Star PLUS rating to KY Elder Law of Louisville KY, with a special shout out to Neil and his impressive very personal and Professional Staff. Our families situation was a bit complicated and had many angles to our needs. Neil & his staff spent many hours researching to EVEN SEE IF their agency was who could best assist us in our needs. When a conclusion was reached by their agency that we needed an agency that specialized much deeper and more in depth to our needs, Neil was quick to point us in the right direction at NO COST for the background work just to see IF THEY COULD help us. WHO Does that anymore? Their Legal expertise and time is their bread and butter, but they truly cared about having our needs best met by the proper agency, one with no connection to them in any way. We were working between States with a bit of a complicated situation, & Neil and his staff's kindness felt like good friends or dear neighbors that honestly just wanted to help. They called back when they said they would to keep me posted on where things stood in their research. They could've easily just said in my initial call, we don't do that type service and hung up - they went the extra mile and then some. When the time comes for us to need the TYPE services this Office Provides, We will go running to their door as fast as possible as in this crazy selfish dog eat dog world, we feel we've found an agency with Honest Professionals who work with great integrity, care and Genuine concern for their clients. 2 b treated like a dear friend and or endeared family member from total strangers was such a refreshing shock that I just want to stand on roof tops and yell their praises! Thank Heavens for the few remaining businesses out there like them that not only aspire to their standards but take pride in personally Pushing themselves from a level that conveys they can be trusted entirely to do only what you need and not find ways to bilk money or pad a bill. They are there to serve and with honesty fairness and true care for families going through delicate times needing to address delicate issues. I cannot thank them enough for saving our family so much money and so much time and heart ache that could've been caused had they not done the AMAZING Kind good job they did for us, Even when it did not get them any immediate business, but put them in a position to send us to where we truly needed to be as we are not a family of huge means. U can trust this crew - ask for NEIL and His staff! We are just overboard impressed. Thank you Neil and KY ElderLaw for caring about People and what they actually need. Thank you for not charging us some "creative bill" that you could've, but just doing what you said you would do. Thank you for you and your staff's kind patience with my disability in working thru this issue as well and pointing us to the right agency for our unique needs.
