I have been a member for over a year. Had recieved most of my packages in a fairly timely manner. Until this fall. I have 3 orders unfulfilled and can not get an answer

Absolutely the worst service/product I've ever had the mis-fortune with which to deal! My daughter bought me a subscription a year ago. Before I had a chance to submit my "quiz" which stated my sizes and preferences, I received a package of which was totally useless as nothing fit my size and/or gender. Yes, they sent me a woman's shirt. At least that was replaced with items I could use. I then received a package with shirts that turned out to be too large. I returned them at my charge which was appropriate as they did match my stated size in their "quiz". I never received replacements....?? I have contacted them via e-mail on more than one occasion with NO RESPONSE, NO FOLLOW-UP, and NO SHIRTS! NOTHING!! Simply inexcusably poor customer service.

I have ordered from them multiple times and continued to order because my husband loved the products. For his birthday I bought the 3 month bundle and he only received 2 packages. I have reached out multiple times via email and on their website and never heard back. Unfortunate because I would have absolutely bought from them again.
