Ive been seeing Dr. Cowan for three or four years. I liked going to him. When I first went to him he was friendly and talked to me. Now he seems so busy, he just comes in the room, asks you how you are but really doesnt seem to pay attention to what you said, looks you over, says something to his staff does what needs doing and heads out the door. I had two spots he wanted to remove. I talked to a couple people that are his patients and theyve had more than one spot removed at the same appointment. Nope, two separate appointments. The first one in July. Again, he was so busy they couldnt schedule suture removal for 18 days. I know this because the receptionist said that was the earliest they could fit me in. Ive always had sutures removed no later than 10 days. These were in the center top part of my back and very uncomfortable. I had my cousin take them out. I had a knee replacement so I had to schedule the second surgery for January. I got there 15 minutes early, sat there for an hour and decided to leave knowing I would have to wait longer after they called a patient back. He wont miss my business. Hes not cut happy. Its your choice to go to him or not. I just wish he had either more time or more comfortable chairs.

My mother is the patient. They took great care of her!! I have no complaints about that at all. What I do have a complaint about is the chairs in the waiting room!! They look great, in style! But I have to say they are the worse to sit in! We were there for over seven hours and I promise I would not want to come back and have to sit those those chairs again!! Please please get some comfortable chair for you customers to sit in! Especially for the ones that have to wait all day!!

Always extremely busy and always have to wait, but worth it. Very professional and thorough. Adequate and friendly staff. Beautiful office. Very effective process.
