UPDATE: The cabinets were unboxed today to be installed and they are the WRONG COLOR! We ordered grey - they are white! Gotta love it. I placed an order for cabinets, countertops, etc. on February 7, 2022 after being displaced from our home from a tornado in December of 2021. I was told we would receive shipment in 7 weeks (March 28, 2022). Two weeks later, a representative was measuring our kitchen (strange - as I thought my order had been placed two weeks prior). I checked in on the status of the order at the beginning of March and was told the cabinets wouldnt ship until 4/15/22 and we would see them 3-5 days later. The cabinets arrived on 5/2/22 - more than 2 weeks later. Again, no explanation. The delivery individuals asked me to move my car (while I was home alone with our newborn recovering from a c-section). I told them no. Install was set to occur on 5/3/22, however, apparently a kicker wasnt ordered appropriately and cabinets could not be installed today - thus further delaying our project. Total lack of professionalism on this project and really no explanation for the series of mishaps. We have been living without a sink, cabinets, and appliances with a newborn baby - this is absolutely uncalled for.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude and arrogant workers. Would never buy lumber, windows or doors from this place again. Full custom home built and missing door latches and windows cranks and they do not care once the house is finished and they are paid. Ignores emails and phone calls. I wish I could give less stars than 1. Does not deserve any.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been trying for weeks to buy windows and no one will call me back after leaving a number of messages. I have emailed and txtd. No help. I am in construction and this is not good business. Guess they make enough money.
