Liberty Federal Credit Union | Lovers Lane

This place is horrible! Strongly suggest going somewhere else. My family member is building in the area, the builder is a crook and the credit union will not help them out in anyway. They will not let family member find their own contractor or become a contractor to replace the crook they do business with. This shows absolute horrible customer service and they don't care about a customer, just their money....do not use this credit union...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would do just that!! Every time I come in I have some sort of issue trying to get into my account... I came in and the said that they needed my account number I go home to get it, because my app wasn't working and I come back up here to give them that number to get into my account and it still isn't what they need... Now they are saying they need my member number, I have NEVER in my life been to a bank that couldn't log into your account with either your name and ID or an account number... It has been the most frustrating thing and I can NOT wait until I don't have to deal with them anymore!! I will NEVER put myself in a situation where I have to go through them for anything again!!!!!!!!
