    So when I first moved in it was amazing. What I thought was a beautiful apartment at a decent price that we were so excited to move into. The pool was beautiful and it seemed like a really nice community. So the pros to this place are obviously going to be the pool, peace of mind knowing your neighbors arent going to steal your packages and you can decorate the front of your apartment without worrying about those items being stolen. But aside from that this place is completely gone downhill. I believe in the 3 1/2 years we live there. They changed management three times and it was worse and worse every time. The office will pretend like they care about you but they do not. Please let me assure you. When I had to repeatedly for years, call about the toilet issues and tell them it would not stop clogging up, and when it finally overflowed into our apartment, they charged me for their negligence. they also continue to increase the rent and told me and my husband it would be OK if I just re-signed the lease for the next year and then told us that they were raising the rent to $1600. When we moved out theyre saying it was $8900 in damage with )4355 being flooring. The lies and audacity of this company is appalling!! The neighbors that have moved in especially last year have made that place just awful. Everybody complains about everybody. Everybody has issues with everybody. It wasnt like it used to be where we all looked out for each other and it was so fun to know all your neighbors. There were three shootings last year Alone that nothing was done about long-term. The Gate is a joke and they probably use it to charge more when it doesnt keep anybody out. The gate doesnt work half the time and is more of a hindrance than anything. We did not experience bug issues, although I know several people who said they had roach and spider problems. However, outside was a horrible wasp and fly problem. It was not fun being on the patio in the summer. When we moved in there was bird poop all over the patio that was never clean. Our feet were black from the floor no matter what we did. They tried to claim that our dogs peed and pooped all over our house, which is hilarious since they inspected every year and came in all the time for maintenance issues since the apartments it turns out according to the maintenance guys are cheap, laminate cheap appliances, and cheap in general. Thats why everything breaks all the time. When we moved out they tried to charge me for flooring that they were already going to replace claiming my dogs did damage and that they were unauthorized even though I had letters stating they could be there and I have pictures of the Office people with them LMAO please believe me when I tell you there are so much better and cheaper places out there. It was a blessing to leave this place because now we have a gorgeous two-story townhouse with an actual fenced in backyard and a garage and we pay over $600 less for it than what we paid for a two bedroom two bathroom apartment here. do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else! Also, they will tow your friends if they dont park and visitor and if you rent a car, make sure you tell them otherwise guess what thats getting towed too! And its funny that they have two dog parks but nothing for children to do! No parks for them nowhere for them to play nothing! I also want to establish that they knew I have a 2 and four-year-old and made us get rid of our dogs saying that we could stay if we did and then they chose to ask us to vacate in two weeks or they would file an eviction on us. It was negative weather. This was this January, when we had a snow with below freezing weather, and they know that it was just me with no help moving me and my two kids. When I asked what they expected me to do, they did not care. We were never late with our rent, never complained about anyone, and kept to ourselves. This is the worst experience of any apartment I have ever lived in and I will tell everybody that I can never rent from this apartment complex or any of its subsidiaries.

    Best apartment complex I've lived at! The office staff is incredibly nice and the maintenance staff is as well! Maintenance is completed quickly and the grounds are always clean! Highly reccomend.

    This is a wonderful community to live in. We have lived in several apartment complexes over the years, what sets this one apart, is, there are always things going on in the clubhouse, community events, and such. The property manager is very good at communicating with the residence on a regular basis. The pool and the amenities are beautiful. My only complaint is that people speed through the parking lots. Was out the other day and as I was coming home, there were some kids riding their bikes in the parking lots, and a car came through seemingly doing 40+ miles an hour.I know theres not a lot that the complex can do about that, I just wish people would slow down. Otherwise, we are very happy here.

    I absolutely love this place! I have lived here for a good while now and they have been amazing. the office staff is so nice and helpful and they even gave excellent places for me to enjoy food in the area. 10/10 would recommend!

I'd like to address a few points mentioned in your review.Regarding the flooring issue, please be assured that we made every attempt to salvage it, but unfortunately, it was irreparable.Regarding the toilet problems you experienced, I want to clarify that we had a vendor inspect it, and they confirmed no mechanical faults. Any charges related to this issue were due to negligence, and we apologize for any inconvenience or financial burden it may have caused. It is important to note that we did allow a payment plan on this. In regards to your pets, breeding puppies and allowing them to cause damage to the apartment is not permitted under our lease agreement. We did send you a 14-day notice to address the situation, particularly due to the dogs' urination on the balcony, which was unsanitary and damaging to the property below.Despite our efforts to address these issues, the behavior persisted, leading to our decision to ask you to vacate the premises. We understand this may be disappointing news, but our priority is to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents.If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.Jaymie RicheyProperty Manager
