Never been one to write a review but despite safety concerns the most ridiculous thing about this apartment complex is parking. You can forget having visitors. There are MINIMAL visitor spots and unless you want to pay like 50$ for your visitor to park for a few hours then . There are many reserved parking spots for corporate which are NEVER full. And if you come home late good luck finding parking close to your building.

DO NOT LIVE AT MUSE TLDR; Do not live here, especially if you expect to have visitors. Yes, the apartments are pretty, but management here is abysmal. I have had countless conflicts with them where they were no more useful than an AI chatbot trained in PR. Funnily enough, they now have an actual AI chatbot to assist residents, so have fun with that! Here are some anecdotes of dealing with Muse: - Facility Manager blatantly lying about housing laws in an effort to up-charge my roommate. (Yes, I have proof.) Im sure most people wont go through the trouble of reading packets of legal documents, but Sammantha tried the wrong person, and I did just that. After calling her out, she quickly sent a corrected lease. Luckily, shes not the property manager anymore, except the new one isnt much better: -Apathetic Manager to Visitor parking problem. MUSE recently got rid of about HALF their visitor parking spots. They claim its to free up space for residents, except resident parking was never a problem. They instead replaced these visitor spots with reserved parking spots, just to be able to charge residents more for a designated space. When a friend of mine was towed last weekend because all the few remaining visitor parking spots were taken, I confronted them about this issue with video proof and just received a half-hearted PR email from the property manager. When even the employees from the towing company agree that MUSEs visitor parking is abysmal, you know something is wrong. -Dismissive maintenance. My previous apartment had a foul smell constantly emanating from the drain. When I contacted maintenance about this, they simple walked in, assumed it was the small pile of dishes I had in the sink, and sent me a passive aggressive text about how the problem was the dishes I had left there for weeks that were producing the smell, except those dishes were there for no more than a day, AND the smell was constant even when I had no dishes there at all. The smell was so foul I stopped cooking at my apartment altogether, but MUSE did not care. They said they already handled the problem and basically told me to stop complaining. Needless to say, I requested an apartment change, and guess what hasnt been a problem since.. -Insane lockout charges. Muse provides each resident with one flimsy little key FOB as their only entry to the apartment. Despite having fancy digital locks with the ability to input codes, they charge residents an insane 70$ to be texted an automated lockout code for one time access into their apartment. Not to mention the locks jam half the time, forcing me to lock and unlock it for minutes on end hoping it actually opens. When I contacted maintenance about this, instead of fixing it, they told me to just pull it hard and didnt bother to fix it. -Dirty hallways/stairs. Back when visitor parking was available and people could actually have visitors, I was embarrassed to have people over because of how filthy the hallways and stairs are. Not once have I seen them be even remotely cleaned. Some of these stains are complete eyesores. It wouldnt hurt to power wash them once every year or two. Overall, theres much better apartments in Bowling Green, especially for students. Muse is overpriced, dirty, and poorly managed.

Hello Jenna! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your concerns about the limited visitor spots in our parking area. Our primary goal is to ensure that all residents have convenient access to parking spaces. The limited number of visitor spots is a deliberate measure to prioritize resident parking and prevent overcrowding. While we acknowledge the challenges this may pose for guests, it allows us to maintain a balance that meets the parking needs of our residents. We recognize the inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that we are actively evaluating our parking policies to find ways to enhance the overall experience for both residents and their guests. Your insights are valuable, and we appreciate your understanding as we work towards improvements.
