Regions Bank

Sometimes in the past I might have had issues but not when I went in just a few days ago. The woman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and kind and understood my situation. She did everything that I asked and did it in a timely manner. My whole visit was maybe 10 minutes long and everything that I needed got done. It was just about the best experience I've ever had going to that bank so I knew I had to leave a review.

Only got the star cause guess u have to least give a star but for my experience u outta be able to take em away and mine would be -10 rude careless lies act like the account balance is there's try tell u what u can or can't do with ur money no offers I ask for existed to all else failed then overnight cards first request denied temporarily card 2 request act like didnt exist to all else failed held my money hostage for over 15 business days cause me all kinds of stress and agony for over 15 business days at faults of regions with no concern of the effects to me and my family totally unprofessional and ruthless made me feel like a problem because of there problems their employees apparently are clueless careless rude argumentive I can rant on this for pages still affecting me at the moment days of work missed head full of grey all at no fault of mine sure made me feel so lied to by multiple employees made me so mad all for what worst banking experience of my life definitely sharing my experience my advise to current account holders withdraw close shop go to smaller banks dont ever rely on all ur funds being tied up at a bank especially regions all they care about is money not u or u interest finances nothing but money they make off ur money an no more I dealt with a different person every time not a sole cared of the effect regions un necessarily have caused me or did a single employee help me gain access to MY MONEY NOT REGIONS MONEY FOR OVER 15 BUSINESS DAYS LIE TO ME DO AS THEY PLZ AGAINST NUMEROUS PLEAS TO NOT AND NOT CARE MULTIPLE EMPLOYEE YALL
