        we will most likely seek another ins. co. eventually. we have been state farm customers for many years & have used many or their services beyond just homeowners ins. we have never filed a major claim. we never gamed the system or tried to con state farm with bogus claims. a wind storm struck our area about a year ago doing major damage to our roof. state farm sent an adjustor out to survey damages. after it was all said & done they would not pay for a roof replacement, only partial. homes in my neighborhood with full replacements were all state ins. years or being loyal customers. years or being decent & good people who never gamed state farm. didn't matter. they failed us.
