        I'm always leery when I order flowers and can't see them before they are sent. However, I had no reason to be concerned for they were beautiful and the recipient was very pleased! Thank you, Bardstown Florist!

        We ordered a wind chime for a funeral that was not at the service. Bardstown Florist said the funeral home signed for it. It was the only service being held with few arrangements and gifts. There were two wind chimes there from others. We requested it for a specific person. They did not get it. Did the funeral home not put it out or did it get a wrong card put on it? I dont know but I am out $63.55. Will donate next time. Will not be using Bardstown Florist.

        My husband ordered flowers for my birthday to be delivered on my birthday the 29th, they were delivered on the 27th. He told them he wanted 6 red roses, only received 4 PINK flowers. Paid extra to have a balloon with it and there was no balloon. Do not order from this florist. Paid a lot of money for it to be wrong in more ways than one.

      We have delivery confirmation to the funeral home, and Barlow also confirmed delivery receipt of the chime. Once delivered, we do not have control of who takes an item home.

      Hi Jennifer - We are sorry you were unhappy with the arrangement. The order requested delivery on Tuesday the 28th with a bright floral arrangement including roses, so we chose the pink to meet the order request. As we discussed on the phone in follow-up to your review, we were happy to provide you a replacement arrangement of 6 red roses instead but you declined to have us send an additional complimentary arrangement. Again, we are sorry you were not happy with the flowers as ordered and hope you still had a very happy birthday.
