I was super excited about my child going to this childcare facility I let it know from the start my child extra needs and that he is working with 1st step on him problem areas mind u he is 2 his they said they put a 2nd worker in his room to help with him and every day I was told how good he was doing that he was improvingjust for when I have one problem with something going on in the morning with when my child would go in to start his day how the workers in the morning did not make me feel they where happy to see my son and was told by who I was told was the The Director that it would be taken care of so I took my child home to go on with my day just to get a phone call from Shannon to tell me idk what daycare u where at before but there not just going to just rip my child out of my arms when I get there when that is not at all what I was wanting done at all she cut me off on the phone every time I was typing to tell her all I wanted was for them to be a little bit more interactive with my son in the morning so that he doesnt freak out not just saying good morning to him and turning a tablet on facial expressions and body language say a lot and just because you tell somebody good morning doesnt mean it feels like you mean it but because I had that one problem and mind you I thought it was being taken care of after I talked to the Director that morning even call them Shannon called me about the situation. Very hostile with her mind already made up before she called me is very disappointing. I had a higher hopes for this daycare. Unfortunately, My perspective wasnt even thought about or seen or even made to be seem like it was attempted to see my side that it was just defend her coworkers I hope they do better better because thats not fair to parents or children in the community of Bardstown Kentucky seeing that there Daycare is not very available you would think they would try harder for the parents when they finally get them somewhere after being on a waiting list for two years .: The only thing I will add is, my sons teacher was truly amazing and always seems like my child was important and that she enjoyed her job, but wouldve let that be known if I wasnt dealing with a disgruntle adult

loss of my child diapers saying we where out when we where not it was thrown in my sons mouths face how they have gone out of the way for are son and told that are son kicks there there staff when up sit all because my wife told them how unwelcoming she was had to feel when dropping off are son just because she took him back home with her that day she thought that would be the end of it no they called her just to tell her all that after she said something about there morning stuffs attitude not be welcoming at all but we where never told anything negative about are so by anyone an tell she had something to say how u call and go off on a mother for the way ur face of your company made her feel no one in there right mind is going to leave there child with people that seem to unhappy to see there child wow is all i can say
