Team Boone

I recently purchased a New Holland skid steer from Team Boone I traveled 500 mile to get this machine I felt it was a very good price. When I got there the machine was showing a new code and need a part so I took it home Mason and team told me they would make it right. They ordered the part I put it on but then had to take it to my local dealer to get it flashed. Unfortunately my local New Holland dealer did get the code off but they charged 4 time what it should have cost. Mason payed that bill !!! People pay attention he did not have to do that all I had was his word! Well apparently with team Boone that all you need. Thanks guys and gals I would not hesitate to travel to Kentucky to deal with these people in the future.

I just purchased a "small" excavator. I looked for weeks to find a reasonably priced used machine due to the cost of new. After looking at Mini-excavators (new and used), I began looking at new machines since used usually had 2,000+ hours and prices were still high. When I came upon Team Boone, they had a new CAT and a new XCMG that were new, larger and the same price. I made a call which went right to the owner on a Saturday afternoon. He took the time to speak with me. I called and spoke with the V.P. "Mason" on Monday. He gave me wiring instructions and they received finances on a Tuesday. I had my new excavator (600 miles away) mid. day on Wednesday! This was a most seamless and pleasant experience! I would very highly recommend Team Boone!!!

I called to ask a price on a takeuchi tracked skid steer that they have advertised on machinerytrader. Mr. Boone himself said they arent for sale and he hung up on me. I'm guessing they dont need a small business owners business.
