My daughter in law and I returned to the store in Ashland today after working with Mark. He was able to get us new phones so we needed everything transferred and accessories put on. Jerard helped us each step of the way and helped to make our experience quick and easy.

Jerard helped us set up our phones today and made sure everything was transferred that we needed. He helped my wife and mom through all the steps and put a new screen protector on my phone.

We came in and got our phones off Chris about a month or so ago the service was great and he was very kind and personable he made sure all my things were transferred and spent several hours in the store with us on top of answering numerous phone calls from us and helping us get Apple ids photos I could and lots of other apps and things setup on our phones. The store itself was very clean and very nice looking I did have a chance to overhear some of the other reps as well as the management they all seemed very professional and helpful. A couple of weeks ago I called him in regards to some questions on my account and he even pulled up my account over the phone and gave me tons of options on how to lower my bill and even stayed on the phone with me while we cooperated with customer service to get everything squared away and taken care. Me and my family and friends will definitely come to this store for good and here on out.
