      image I was there at the same time Casey Crossley was. Ethan was helping me and even remembered the 3-4 months I was trying to work on an upgrade. My wife got a brand new IPhone, and it took me longer to come around to finally get my upgrade. Ethan helped me get more devices than I thought I could and he is the reason I am most pleased with Verizon and will continue to be thankful I left AT&T for Verizon. He not only deserves a raise and praise, but Verizon needs to let him market the Hotspot box which he also convinced me on, and let them use their services on that network. That kiosk is throttled hard by the mall wifi and DESPITE THAT Ethan gets the job done. Give this man the resources he needs to do his job even better.
