I have been a Benefit Brow Bar customer for quite some time, but this was my first time to this location. My brow specialist was friendly, but I was disappointed in my service. I did have brow tint and waxing, but no brow mapping, plucking, or trimming. This was very different from my previous experience. I came home and had to pluck stray hairs.

I was really nervous to get my eyebrows done after going natural for years. As soon as I sat in the chair, Whitney made me feel at home. She listened to what I wanted and thoroughly detailed what she was going to do which made me feel at ease. Whitney made the service as painless as possible and gave me an incredible shape that flattered my face. Plus- my redness was gone very quickly which was an added bonus!! I will definitely be back to book with Whitney. Benefit, if you could clone her, you would hit the jackpot because she is a FABULOUS brow artist!!!! Service: Waxing
