        Phalen Roofing roofed our house last summer. They did a GREAT job; came out to do the estimate and the work soon after we called them, had a great roofing crew, and were promptly attentive to a couple of small after-issues we had. We would not hesitate to call them again.

        I don't know what has happened to this company in the last 3 years. I used them 3 years ago and they did a great job at a very good price. 5 people I recommend them to plus myself have called them since March and they won't call back or show up for an inspection appointment. Very sad. That word of mouth can build a great business but it can also close its doors.

        Had an appointment and was totally blown off. No call. No one showed up. It was a total waste of time and extremely unprofessional. Will not be recommending to anyone else.
