I have not used their services, however I live in a residential area where kids load and unload from school buses. One of their drivers was speeding down the road with a posted 35mph limit but easily doing 50+plus miles per hour. I called and spoke to Debbie the V.P. However she is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I explained I tried to take a picture but they were going so fast I was not able to obtain any identifying numbers from the vehicle. I offered to send her my picture so she could see the type of truck. Instead of agreeing to that, she only wanted to give me the run around, saying well since I don’t know the kind of truck I can’t assist. I said 3 times I can send you a pic of the truck.
Clearly this VP and company do not care about their community and the children in it to be sure their drivers are driving safe and adhering to all traffic laws. Their are kids all around and one of these time their drivers are going to hurt someone and clearly this company does not care to educate and train their staff to be safe when in residential areas. For this reasons alone I will NEVER use this company!!!!!
