Party Plus

We rented a bounce house for our sons 3rd birthday party and could not haven been more impressed with the customer service we received! Katie and Tim answered every question I had and reached out a few days in advance to verify the party information. They arrived about 15 minutes early but text me to say that they were ready whenever I was, no rush. Tim and Katie did all of the heavy lifting of set up and tear down while I was prepping for and cleaning up from the party. My son spent the rest of the day talking about how much fun he had. We will definitely be using Party Plus again!!

I rented multiple bounce houses a couple weeks ago. I could not believe the service that was provided. I thought they would be dropped off and I would be told good luck. THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED. The Party Plus team came out exactly on time and set the bounce houses up with no problems. They were so nice and friendly. The party went off without any problems. The Party Plus team came back the next day with coffee and a smile to clean up. They were in and out within an hour. I will be using them for all future birthdays and church events.
