My daughter and I went here for our eye exams and glasses and overall, the experience was pretty good. Dr. Lameier is great, and he answers all your questions and is funny. Most of the staff is nice and helpful. There are a couple of things that I wish was a tad different, but overall, I would return. Here are the things that I wish was different and some might sound petty to some, but for me they are kind of frustrating. -We have been using Walmart optical for several years. We always went to the West Chester, Ohio location since we lived near it. This was the first time we have been to this one. I understand that the computer system isnt the same between the different stores, but my daughter was in the system, and I wasnt. Yes, this isnt the worst but what followed is frustrating. We had our exams and ordered glasses and we were told when they come in that we will notify you. My daughter got a text saying her glasses were in and when she called to see if mine were there too, they couldnt find me in their system. I filled out a registration form the day we went in, and they had my name, address, phone, and email! Yet, when she called, they couldnt find my name, email, phone, or any other information which is infuriating! After 5+ minutes of trying things, they did eventually find me. I dont get it! I dont want to have to go through all this trouble the next time I go there. -I really dont understand why Walmart separates the doctors and the part of the store where you have glasses made, but whatever. You think that they would communicate better. For instance, my daughter wanted contacts and when she went to order them, they couldnt find the prescription in the system. They told her to go to the vision side and have them pull up the script. This went on for close to 10+ minutes before they got what they needed. Really?? -My daughter got a pair of glasses, a pair of sunglasses, and she got contacts. I only need reading glasses so mine was simple. We went to pick them up and when we arrived, they had my glasses which took them a bit to find even with the information that we were told to keep and use when we picked them up with the tray info and so on. My daughter only got her sunglasses and her contacts that she bought that day, but her glasses hadnt come in yet. Why would we want to make several trips to get our stuff? Ridiculous! Heres an ideawhen you receive a customers order then contact them saying we got a part of your order, and you can come and get that part, or you can wait for the entire order that may or may not be here in a couple of days. -I really don't understand how they could mess up a pair of glasses, but this location can! I only require reading glasses because things closeup are a problem. I only put glasses on when reading or working on my computer and nothing more. I was told that I could get bifocals in which I chose not to have because I don't wear my glasses unless I am reading up close and nothing more. I am now the proud owner of a pair of glasses that I can't wear more than 5 minutes because they make my head hurt. Fortunately, I have my previous glasses.

The optomitrist was VERY thorough and addressed every concern. The store employees were VERY helpful in helping me select frames that were the right size and style for my face shape. I HIGHLY recommend this store. Will do business with them again!
