      image Why is there a sign on the wall with shelves that say pick up? I sat and waited for 10 minutes near the pick up shelves. Finally, I went to the counter and asked about my pick up. Apparenrly, they do not use the pick up shelves at all. The woman behind the counter refused to empathize or take any kind of responsibility for the misleading sign. Very poor customer service. Put a sign that tells people to get their pick up order at the counter.
