First visit today. Store looked nice, however I picked up a couple of items that I didn't want to carry through the store while I continued shopping.
The sales clerk was a little put out because I wanted to do that. He went and got a shopping basket for me to carry around. I ask again to leave it at the front desk. And he insisted that I couldn't.
Long story short? You lost a sale and I walked out the door. I can buy what I need at lowe's, home depot, menards, ace hardware and several other places.
Not sure why this was such a big deal with this guy.

Jeffrey the sales manager wouldn't honor my employee discount even though I'm employed with harbor freight at another store. Was extremely rude to me and dismissive. Did not make the store a great place to shop or work.

I received the best customer service today at Harbor Freight in Alexandria. Carter was extremely helpful and friendly!
