While the person at the location was friendly and helpful, I do not recommend using this service as they do not provide clarity to their facilities on how things should be completed. They are following prompts on screen that seem to not capture all the requirements of the appointments. Instead of providing support to the facility, they seem to suggest that you as the customer should know what to do with their system at the site so it ends up being a lot of unnecessary back and forth.
