Terrible customer service. Claims hes too busy to answer questions on the phone but has enough time to respond to bad reviews. Go elsewhere with your business.

Called to schedule an appointment due to the electrical fuse box to my house not working for my kitchen and told them I have safety concerns for running extension cords across my house to the affected room was an inconvenience for them to talk about. I was told that he didnt have time to answer any questions and that if I wasnt scheduling an appointment he had too much going on to explain things to me or answer my questions. They will not release my Job so I can find another electrician since they dont have time and he has way too much going on to answer questions. I am not an electrician and having a question about a safety concern shouldnt have been a problem for him. I believe anyone who wasnt an electrician would have questions about this. Whatever you do, dont ask questions to this business, they dont like it. Which in my eyes means they either dont know the answers or they just dont care about customer service.
