We were really disappointed to read this review, and feel sad you didn't have the experience you expected. We are a very small family ran farm, and we do our best to offer a good variety for everyone. Trees take 8-10 years to grow, so we are pretty limited in how many we can offer each year because as you can imagine, we fight pests, weather, etc. - and we only have so much room to expand. We also really like the intimate feel of our farm - our intentions are never to be a huge tree lot like a Home Depot experience. We know many of our customers by name, and look forward to seeing them year after year. We love seeing new faces as well, and hope to offer them a positive holiday experience so they too can create new traditions. This year we had choose and cut your own Scotch and Austrian pine in the field. We also had pre-cut Frasier Firs, Noble Fir, Balsam Fir and Norway Spruce. Trees are on a first come, first serve basis - and this year opening day was beyond any of our expectations. We more than doubled our usual quantity we typically sell in a day- and we have no way to predict these type of things. What we can predict, however, is you will always be greeted by us with a positive attitude and a willingness to help - we want everyone to feel joy during the holiday season and it is why we do what we do. We are sorry you felt so displeased with our farm, but hope you find the tree you were looking for elsewhere. Happy Holidays!

Hi Michele, We are a very small farm in rural Campbell County and are really tucked away in the hills - this makes for a charming setting for a farm, but unfortunately not a lot of traffic is coming through here beyond tree season, so it is a one way road. When it get's busy - there can be a wait to make sure traffic flows smoothly and people can get in and out of the parking lot with ease. Apologies you had to wait 15 minutes, but we pause traffic at times to keep everyone safe. We had quite a variety of trees this year including many tall trees -Scotch and Austrian pine in the field and pre-cut Frasier Firs, Noble Fir, Balsam Fir and Norway Spruce. Trees are on a first come, first serve basis - and we only have so many. This year opening day was incredibly busy and the majority of the large trees were scooped up immediately. Hope you still had a nice time at the farm even if you didn't find your perfect tree, and hope you have a Merry Christmas!
