Rental truck was on time and clean.

Rented a U-Haul from BMC and did the online registration and check-in process the night before. Truck was ready-to-go the next morning, and right on time. The return was equally easy, taking about 6 minutes to complete. Friendly staff. Would use them again if needed, and would recommend to others. Only nitpick is that the rental U-Haul truck needed gas to make the first part of my trip. It had just over 1/4 tank upon pickup.

This place is so easy to work with and so accommodating. I have rented from them twice and each time I felt valued as a customer.

Disappointed of the customer service they give. My husband and I have been renting a car several times in the past for couple days from a different rental car company and never been disappointed. This time I thought would try this one since this is closer to my place. So I rented an SUV for 3 days with gas level over 1/4 of a tank. When I took it home and before driving it, I put in an all weather good quality mats from my car (on the driver side and on the back =3 mats) to make sure I don't get it dirty and a full tank of gas. When I returned it I made sure that it was clean( had it car washed) and gas still at 3/4 of a tank. My mistake is that i forgot to take out the mats! The following day I called and left a voicemail asking to please retrieve the mats for me and will pick it up. I did not hear from them the next day so I called and was told that the car was transferred to Florence location, so I was forwarded to Florence location. The guy there told me that they only saw 1 mat on the driver's side but will investigate and give me a call. I waited another day but did not hear from them . So I called them but got an answer that they did not know where the mats go. So basically, they don't care what is important to the customer. I still need to rent a car for couple months but I would much rather go back to where we used to rent or hire an uber.
