We had an emergency on New Years Eve day. No one else would help us. The very kind staff and vet helped us out. Good to know there are compassionate people who will help because they truly love animals more than profit. Highly, highly recommend.

The staff at Heineke is far superior to any other vet I've used in the past. It's so hard to find a rabbit savy vet and there's no one better than Dr. Barry. He took such good care of my rabbi, Dobie and treated her like her own. He was compassionate and empathetic. he helped me make the best choice for her care. When it was time for her to cross the rainbow, it was done with dignity and love. I was allowed the time I needed and wanted in such a warming environment. I can't thank him and his assistant enough!

Very happy with my visit to Dr Heineke. The office got me right in and they did a thorough job of diagnosing my dog accurately. He also explained the treatment plan thoroughly. So happy to be on the right tract to get my pooch healthy. The office is also beautiful and extremely clean!
