After having a nesting of birds in the vents of our house, we were on the search for professional help, and we certainly contacted the right place! After a phone call, Andrew came same-day to handle the problem. He was kind and informative and after a short conversation, it was readily apparent that he was experienced and knowledgeable. He got right to work in clearing out a nest of starlings, placing protective devices over the vent openings to prevent future invasions, and cleaned the vents thoroughly! In a little less than an hour of work, our house was cleared of the smell and we no longer were losing our minds with the constant sounds of birds chirping/clawing! Andrew came same day, provided amazing and personable customer service, and created a plan to prevent the issue in the future. All of this at a super affordable price! I even confirmed with him that the price was all he would charge for the laborious task of using a ladder two stories up in an uneven backyard. 5/5 for service, timeliness, and satisfactory job!

Called 3 critter getters, left messages and Andrew was the only one to call back. He was prompt, thorough and explained every step he would take to get rid of our squirrels at a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed working with Andrew. He is very easy to have around. He was here for the bats that took up roost between our roofline and third floor. What an incredibly thorough job he did sealing our 130 year old home. Only time will tell if these critters got the message after three years of residency.
