Warning! Do not use this business. We paid several thousand dollars for an HVAC unit over a year ago and nothing has been done. Tate has not returned over 30 phone calls. Had to track him down to talk to him and then he lied to me repeatedly. They have made no offer to return any part of the 6,000 dollars. Nothing short of stealing.

I have to give 5 stars to this company. We had a blockage in our pipes from roots. We couldn't flush our toilet which made it urgent. I called and 10 minutes later they pulled up. Took about an hour and 15 minutes and we were fixed! I know who to call next time!

They ghosted us. Said they would come at 10:00 and never showed up, didnt call, and failed to answer our many phone calls. Extremely rude and unprofessional business model. Went to First Pick plumbing and they are prompt and kind. Additionally, the current plumbing problem was most likely caused by Glantzs last visit to work on a different problem, which reinforces why I will never hire them again.

Multiple attempts to get scheduled and kept being told that the owner wasnt available and they would get back to me when they were available. That was 4 days ago. I went elsewhere.
