Walnut Towers

Needs serious work done to the apartments. The last fire was the worst. And they still needing work done. I mean at least get the first floor done already. Come on!

I live in these apartments. My apartment is quite nice and I have no complaints to speak of. I agree that you are definitely kept an eye on, however it's simply because many of the tenants are disabled and they don't have a lot to keep them busy. There are a few people that you have to set up boundaries for immediately but my apartment is very clean and updated. God bless them

Lived there in November of 2014 just shy of a year 2015. IF you don't mind having your day to day activities monitored, it's a great place to live. Your business is NOT yours. Get written up for things like Dog Doo and get accused of it. When it is human waste. Or your therapy dog barks when people walk by your apartment. You are written up for excessive Dog barking. At one time there was black mold in the walls of the bathrooms. We were told by the maintenance man and the Administrator that "Sometimes We paint behind the toilets. But when you had beech water On it, it RAN down the wall black mold does this, NOT BLACK PAINT. Walnut Towers is a terrible place to live, even In current time. Wouldn't recommend living there.
