Never done chiropractic work before but after a accident at my job a few years back and refusing to slow down I made the decision to try it out. I don't believe in pain medication. So after a handful of visits I could feel a difference. I ache after a rough physical day at work but now in muscles that make sense to ache. Lower back pain is nil to none and I don't experience my weekly Friday migraines like I used to. I haven't had a headache or migraine since seeing them. They took my apprehension to Chiro seriously and quelled my worries. They have done a fantastic job talking me through the process. Educating me on my body and what it takes to get to a place of feeling strong again. I don't feel like my lower back discs are separating when I lift things. They are always consistently friendly and make me feel welcome.
