I have been working with Ashley almost 9 months. She does a great job helping with chronic pain & also helping with exercises to help with muscle strengthening and helping brain processing. Highly recommend.

A buddy highly recommended ZenRX to me to help relieve pain in my left knee and left shoulder. I had my left knee scoped several years ago but I was in pain most of the time the last 7-8 years. I went to Ashley, she did some tests with me and asked me to give her 6 weeks to help me. So I did and I am still seeing her once a week 9 months later by choice. Ashley always puts her clients 1st and always has the best interest of her clients. Ashley meets each client where they are and makes a plan for them individually. Ashley does rehab, strength training, brain training and knows nutrition. With Ashley's advise I have lost over 20 lbs and kept it off 6 months. Changed my diet big time and I work out 6 days a week but I feel great. I no longer drag my feet when walking, stand up straighter and do not cross my legs all due to Ashley's coaching... Most important is that I trust Ashley 100%....

What can I say. I refer to Ashley ask my body coach. I have used chiropractors, massage therapist and kinesiologist all to try fix my body. Each of them has help mask or reduce pain but only Ashley has actually helped repair and strengthen my back. Thank you for using your special gift, education and care to help me. You are a blessing!
