Have had the worst ongoing experience with this tree company. Their customer service is awful, I have been told multiple times that the owner would be in contact with me and still havent heard anything. The lady that answers the phones tried to argue with me when I explained the entire situation to her. Their workers are claiming to do work that wasnt actually done by their company. Do not recommend this company to anyone. ** edit the owner reached out after posting review discussed situation and was able to come to a solution. **

A crew stop by our home 4/04/2024 in Newton,KS What an awesome job they did in trimming our trees and cleaning up. It all started with Lance Newell stopping by a couple weeks prior. Lance reviewed our trees and kept telling me our front yard tree was hurting and in pain from all the improper cuts. I thought wow, what a tree hugger. But even though it was a very cold windy day he proceeded to show and explain to me what needed done. Yes, I was schooled. They yesterday the "Red Crew" showed up consisting of foreman, Diesel (Dyran) and his crew, Thadd, Josh, Robert, Brandon and Pascal running the grapple. What a great team. I will say with their Midas Touch in my book they have risen from Red Team to Gold Team. Through their work ethics may more customers be as please of the service that Wichita Tree Service provides. I WISH I COULD GIVE 6 STARS! I will recommend them to anyone! The Red team got to our location and confirmed with us everything that they would be doing for the day. That Red team was managed so well, communication was top notch and everyone worked as a team. When one colleague needed help another one came in and assisted. They had to work in a tight driveway between our house and our neighbors house, they allowed nothing to hit the houses. They had to undo a portion of our fence to do the job and they went above and beyond when putting the fence back EXACTLY where it was before. During and upon completion of the job they raked and blew the debris out of our yard. Once again, they cared for how the place looked before. If you decide to get the work done, recommend the red team!
