Friendly staff and excellent customer service. They always have what I need. Sometimes they have to order it, but it is always ready for pickup the next day. They are on the opposite side of town from me, so I usually shop everywhere else first and end up going to Grainger to save the day. I have bought everything from light bulbs to sump pumps. I should really go there first because they have someone knowledgeable there at the counter ready to help, with no walking the floor at the home center looking for a product or a salesperson.

No one was working the front counter. I mustve meandered around the lobby for 3-5 minutes, waiting for someone to show up and ask me if I needed help but no one came. Good thing Im not a thief, because you guys had some very expensive multimeters in the corner that wouldve made for a nice score for someone of lesser morality.

Poor customer service experienced. I told clerk I didn't want to share personal info and was told that was okay... proceeded to require my phone number and was told go somewhere else. Grainger has been a pain to work with as a contractor and for personal items. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them. There are better suppliers out there.
