I just retained Polston and so far my experience has been stellar. Brian Ihnat and Lisa Parkman have been amazing to work with. Great communication and a wealth of knowledge to help me through my situation. I first found out about Polston a few years back from listening to a brief seminar by Shiny. She was very detailed and caring. I wish I would have signed up then. Highly recommended service.

I have had the worst experience with Polston Tax Company. Despite being told that someone would call me, it took several months to complete my taxes, and I never received any phone calls. Frustrated and concerned, I decided to hire another company to review my taxes. To add to my dismay, I was billed in June for my taxes, totaling around $7,000. Unfortunately, my taxes and Employee Retention Credit (ERC) have not been completed, making the payment seem unjustified.
Recently, I discovered that an additional $2,944 and $530 were withdrawn from my checking account. I'm puzzled as to why this money was taken when I have not received any services, and the funds for taxes were already deducted in June 2023, long before my taxes were completed. This situation has eroded my trust in Polston Tax Company, and I urgently seek details regarding the withdrawals and the status of my services.

I BEG YOU to not go there! It is a waste of time, effort and money. They dont do absolutely NOTHING. I should have read the reviews before actually going there and hiring their services. At the very beginning a lawyer tells you how it works and the stuff they do. He gave us his card with his info in it, after signing the contract we stop hearing from them. I emailed the lawyer (the one who gave me his card) and there was no answer, I have called them they told me they are working on my case! That was a month later hiring the services, after 2 months of not hearing a single word from them, I called them and got the same answer as always. 6 months had passed !! 6 months and I was so done with them!! So I called them and said I dont want your services no more I was explaining the situation. I received a call the next day or same day I cant recall asking me for the paperwork or papers I needed to give them. I gave them some papers after singing the contract but my point is if I dont tell them that I want to terminate our contract they wouldnt have called asking me for the papers that they needed. I told them I dont want nothing with this company no more and even asked me so speaking sincerely how many stars will you give us on google review I told them nothing not even one! Do not go here, they never answer any email, also when they answer they will tell you I will leave a message to your case manager as a asap. I heard that so many times! Dont waste your time or money ! They gave us back almost all of the money that we have paid.
