Had our paperwork since January 2021 and just now filling it, like trying to get us audited by IRS. Definitely do not recommend Sheneah Webb for taxes, wont be back again

We dropped our taxes off at the end of January and had contact with Jennifer on February 8th about questions via email. April 18th comes and we realized that no one contacted us about our tax filing. Received a phone call from Jennifers husband that week of April and he told my husband that they filed an extension. No explanation, no date when we would get our tax returns. Another month went by and still no communication. We have left messages at the office on an answering machine, called and left messages with Jennifer, emailed Jennifer, went to the office in person several times and no one is there. Its June 30th and you still have our taxes. So maybe leaving a message on Google will get someone to respond to let us know what is going on. Weve been clients for a long time and communication has always been difficult but never to this level. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Alderson Tax if you read this message please contact me ASAP.

Jo Webb has had our tax information and the tax info of my mother-in-law since January. I have called her office, home, left messages, and emailed multiple times since. I have never once received a response to any of my inquiries. I finally found out via a generic office answering machine that she filed an extension (on behalf of many people apparently) without even asking our permission or telling us. I have emailed her twice since then with no response. We have driven by the office and nobody is there. I dont like to give poor reviews. In this case, I believe it is warranted. I do not recommend this office. I really hope someone reaches out to me and gets our return filed, or at the very minimum, communicates with us.
