        Great experience in purchasing our Sauna. We initially worked with Dave Garretson who is extremely knowledgeable and then with Debi Hoyt who went above and beyond. Our original purchase ended up being not available even after I paid for the Sauna. Debi went into serious customer service mode and found several solutions to the problem within just a few hours. She presented multiple options for me to choose from even going so far as to engage the owner of FH Spas who made a call to the manufacturer on my behalf. Cannot say enough good things about this staff and location. I am really enjoying the addition to my gym and the quality of the Sauna. Highly recommend anyone looking for a Sauna buy from Flint Hills Spas.
