East store I like a lot, really nice people there and will help you pretty fast, west store I always have to wait and wait like 5min, and ill be like cam I get some help sure what can I help you with(a nice worker that will help and not just inquire you when u see me)

I called the store asking if they replaced parts. The guy who picked up said they dont but he does it. Long story short, I gave it a shot and Im out over $1500 and my pool is still broken after over two weeks. He even bad mouthed other pool companies while talking to me. My bad for trusting a stranger but the company should have a policy in place to not allow this. They shouldnt let their employees poach customers like that. I know its not something he is hiding because I went to the store to pick up chemicals and his manager knew about the job he was doing for me. He obviously doesnt know what he was doing, my pool is in worse shape than before I called, and now Ive got to call a different company to repair it. Just posting for awareness so other people dont make the same mistake.

Leslies has a very knowledgeable staff. Pool water testing takes place in a timely manner. Parts and accessories are available and sold at a reasonable price.
