This review has more to do with Midwest Steel Fab's complete disregard for people's property, and public safety. One of their drivers was out making a delivery on Weds 9/5, and left a pile of large gravel on the flatbead trailer......long short, the rocks did over $1700 worth of damage to my car. I called right after and explained to Kayti (office mgr) and I get the whole "I'm not sure about deliveries, the person who handles that is not here. I'll take your number and have him (Tim the Operations mgr) call you tomorrow"........did they call? Nope. So I called the next afternoon and spoke with Tim......."I've got the information, I'll give it to the owner".......so here we are 2 weeks later, and nothing. I spoke to Tim again on Friday and he said "yeah, I don't really know what's going on, I'm outta the loop"........I'm not a rocket scientist, but if the operations mgr, who's supposedly in charge of deliveries is "outta the loop" then who's in the loop. Tim wouldn't even give me the name of their insurance company, even though Kayti asked for the estimate to get my car repaired. This place is a joke, and if you have a single moral bone in your body, you will think twice before doing business with them.

Need a part for machine that was down at my business. They got right on it and did an amazing job. Above and beyond.
