Cody and his staff are the best ! Took care of shoulder pain in a couple of visits. Plantar faciitis much improved after one visit. Provided guidance on exercises to do to continue healing and prevent future injuries. Very knowledgeable about curing aches and pains without pills. Highly recommend Cody for physical therapy services.

Cody was awesome and helped me with a hip issue that had been bothering me for several years. I am a runner and the issue had kept me from enjoying longer runs. Cody was able to pinpoint the problem quickly. I wanted to run my daughters first half marathon with her and Cody was able to make that happen! I feel stronger than I have for several years. Concussion testing with Bodyworx allowed me to step into the ring for a charity boxing event with peace of mind - knowing if something did go wrong, Id be in a much better position to recover. The concussion testing itself was very simple and convenient, so it fitted around my busy schedule. And it allowed us to really understand what my baseline was, so if I did get concussed, it would be much easier to manage my recovery. I picked Cody, and Bodyworx, specifically because I had heard that they were the leading specialists in concussion treatment, and I wanted to make sure I got the right help before my big boxing fight. The last thing I wanted was to waste my time, or not get the right support, so I wanted to work with the best. On fight night, I was able win my bout without any injuries, and raised over 1,400 for Cancer Research UK earning the top fundraiser award amongst 50 other charity fighters. Having the peace of mind from doing the concussion testing allowed me to relax in the ring, perform at my best, and really enjoy the charity event. If youre an athlete, or taking part in an activity that could lead to concussion, I really recommend Cody and Bodyworx. It takes a lot of worry away knowing if something does go wrong, you can be confident that your recovery plan is working because you can compare against your baseline stats rather than guessing.
