Went in and gave a woman who worked there a jpeg pic for a funeral they were supposed to enlarge on gator board. She said 2 days turn around, 3 worst case scenario bc we needed it for the funeral 4 days later. We waited the 2 days and when we hadnt heard anything we called to double check that it would be ready the following day. Spoke twice to Abe who was the rudest most unhelpful person ever, would never commit to an answer even tho we said we needed to know if we should have a backup plan in case they couldnt do it. All he would say is that he would try to talk to that lady and have her call us back. 5 days later we are still waiting to hear from them and the funeral was yesterday. No photo. Horrible, horrible business. Ended up calling Nu-line signs that eve before closing and they did it over night just in time. Thats how you should run a business.
