Used them once with a good experience - tried them again and he confirmed my date and time and come the day to move he never returned any of my texts, calls and never showed up and no call afterward with an explanation...stay away from Mike and this company.

Summer 2022 Excellent experience with the Do It Dude team. I would hire again. Hired through U-Haul, a representative contacted me one week ahead of time for a consultation. They were prepared, courteous and diligent. Despite a morning car accident, they adjusted the time accordingly and arrived ready to work. They had their own supplies (level dolly, straps, etc). The team worked with a goal of completion leaving no small task incomplete. They treated my items and my family with care and respect. Thank you Mike and Amber-continue on course!

Booked through U-haul and confirmed a time by phone call the week before moving day. They never showed up and phone went straight to voicemail. This added a huge amount of stress on top of a day that was already going to be stressful enough. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you are relying on the services you paid for.
