Ramona and her team were amazing professionals. When buying our home (which was a fairly complex deal) we didn't know where to start. Ramona walked us through every step from prequalification, to submitting documents, to final approval, and closure. She communicated with us every step of the way, stayed in touch by email, text, and phone, and answered any questions we had.
