        Surgical consultation was seen very quickly,, very short wait... This morning was my surgery,, again,, very short wait to be seen... Dr Nilhas was very courteous and very concerned about my pain level... nursing staff answered all my questions,, assured me if more questions arose to please call... staff member stayed with me until I was stable on my feet to leave...

      Good morning, Talia. We strive for patient satisfaction and we're sorry if you felt like you had to wait a long time to be seen. In double checking our appointments yesterday, your appointment time was at 2:30pm, of which you arrived at 1:45 pm. You were seen shortly after your scheduled appointment time. We did try to get you in sooner, but we already had patients scheduled ahead of you. Again, our apologies that you couldn't be seen before your scheduled appointment time.
