I waited 2 1/2 months for an appointment. They texted me the day of and cancelled because the doctor was sick. When I called to reschedule, they said it would be another 2 months before I could get in.

Everybody is very kind. The office is clean and bright and inviting. The doctor is very nice and thorough. Our 8 month old didn't want to sit still but the doctor was patient and helped us get him calm enough to get the ultrasound done.

Dr. Adhikari has seen our oldest since he was a day old at the NICU. He is extremely knowledgeable, but at the same time if you need to converse with a team through Kansas City he does really well advocating for your child. He has always been very good with communication. The nursing staff is wonderful and works really well with us if something comes up and we need to be seen. I can't give enough praise about this team. If you're wanting someone for serious cardiac knowledge for children with heart disease this is the place to go. We hope to continue to work along side them while our child grows and is monitored. As far as bedside manner we have never had any issues in fact he cares quite a bit for all of his patients !!! We have been with them for almost 7 years now!

Dr. Adhikari has overseen our child's cardiac health since birth, and has a compassionate bedside manner. He now practices at Kidz Cardiology in Wichita, KS Our son was born with a congenital heart defect, which Dr. Adhikari helped to diagnose and treat, after our son was born at Wesley Medical Center. Dr. Adhika's office sent all the Ecocardiograms, EKG's, and other records to Children's Mercy KC to prepare for surgery. Dr. Adhikari's office was paramount in providing the Pre-Op documentation necessary for the Children's Mercy Cardiac Surgery Team; and saved our family a tremendous amount of time. We didn't have to travel back and forth to Kansas City for Pre-Op exams, because Dr. Adhikari's staff performed these tests and sent all records ahead of our son's Open Heart Surgery repair at Children's Mercy KC.
