If you're planning to work here .. think again . Coleman doesn't hire you but another company ' workforce ' does So they tell you it's Monday - Friday with opportunity of overtime Once you're hired that opportunity becomes mandatory so they expect you to work 6-7days a week ... 1st , 2nd & 3rd shift all gets paid the same Forklift , machine operators , assembly line etc all get paid $16 hour.. The only good thing about this job are the people! 3rd shift supervisor ' Tobias & toby " are great people , all team lead are great people! So the people there are amazing but the pay & mandatory overtime is the real big issue. It's repetitive work but it's high physical labor demand . For what they pay its not Worth it plus you can't listen to podcasts/music while working You must have ear plugs & other PPE while on the floor or working... So you like feeling like a slave robot , this is the job for you !

I own a 2005 motorhome that I was having an AC issue with. I had tried all kinds of troubleshooting with it myself. I had contacted the company about 4 separate times to get tech support. Each call and each tech team member were all very helpful. The most helpful of all was Derek H. who really took a deep dive with me to finally pinpoint the problem that causing my AC issue. We got it resolved with out having to pay hundreds of dollars for a AC repair company to come out and take a look at it. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and support that this company provides. Thank you Derek!!!
